Ingredients (per serving)
1/2 C Wholegrain Oats
1 TBSP Chia Seeds
1 tsp Cinnamon or Cocoa
1/2 tsp Sugar, Honey, or Syrup
Salt
1/2-3/4 C Favorite Milk
Directions
Measure out the dry ingredients into jars
Stir the dry ingredients before adding the milk. I find a fork works well to get into the corners of the jar.
Add your favorite milk. I typically combine half parts coconut cream and whole milk.
Stir again and cover.
Place in fridge overnight and they'll be ready the next day when soft and chia seeds have expanded.
